2. Services Provided
Recalytics Tech provides the following consulting services:
- Talent Acquisition and IT Staffing (contract and permanent)
- IT Project Development and Managed Services
- HR and Data Analytics (Power BI dashboards, workforce reporting)
- Career Consulting (resume writing, LinkedIn branding, interview coaching)
The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are agreed upon separately through a formal service agreement or statement of work.
3. Client Obligations
Clients engaging Recalytics Tech agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
- Make timely payments as per agreed terms
- Not directly hire candidates introduced by Recalytics Tech without payment of applicable placement fees
- Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary methodologies or tools shared during an engagement
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Recalytics Tech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Any deliverables created specifically for a client (dashboards, reports, code) become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the course of any engagement. This obligation survives termination of any service agreement.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms for all services will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:
- Staffing fees are payable within 30 days of candidate joining
- Project-based fees follow milestones agreed in the statement of work
- Consulting retainers are billed monthly in advance
- Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month
7. Limitation of Liability
Recalytics Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
